Welcome to Mood Wellness Spa. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services:

  • Mood Wellness Spa offers a range of in-spa services, including slimming massages, scalp massages, facial treatments, and body sculpting.
  • All services are provided by trained professionals and are subject to availability.

2. Appointments and Cancellations:

  • Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at our spa. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee, including gratuity. No-shows will be charged the full reservation fee, including gratuity.

3. Payments:

  • We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
  • Payments for services are due at the time of booking or at the spa before the service is provided.

4. Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages:

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for in-spa services only and are non-refundable. They must be presented at checkout to be redeemed.
  • Prepaid Packages: Prepaid service packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

5. Privacy:

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Conduct:

  • Children: For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children in our treatment rooms. We encourage you to use this time for self-care.
  • Pets: To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in our treatment rooms.
  • Noise: Our spa has an open format. Please be mindful of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and refraining from phone use during treatments.

7. Health and Safety:

  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your service. This helps us tailor our services to your needs and ensure your safety.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may pose a health or safety risk.

8. Changes to Services:

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. We will make every effort to notify clients of significant changes.

9. Liability:

  • Mood Wellness Spa and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your visit. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.
